As President of Gibraltar, Matthew leads the company on every front. He represents Gibraltar’s legal interests, oversees its accounting, and manages the people who make up the team.

He has never stepped away from the work itself. Matthew still runs jobs, and he holds contractor licenses in multiple states, which lets Gibraltar take on projects well beyond its home base.

Today, as President, Matthew keeps the company focused on the promise it has kept since 1972: do excellent work, price it fairly, and treat every client like the relationship is supposed to last decades — because most of them do.

As Senior Vice President, Blaine is second in command at Gibraltar, working alongside the President to steer the company and keep every part of the operation moving. He brings a vast knowledge of the construction industry to that role, built on years of hands-on experience in the field and running jobs.

That background shapes how he handles contracts. Blaine oversees contract management from negotiation and review through execution, and because he knows how the work actually gets built, the agreements he puts together hold up once crews are on site. As a project manager, he then carries those jobs through to the finish.

Clients tend to remember Blaine because he is in the details early, when the right questions still have time to save money.

Kevin came to construction from an unusual direction: he started his career as an Industrial Hygienist in environmental consulting, trained to spot the risks other people miss, before joining Gibraltar nine years ago.

That background shows in how he works. Kevin is highly organized in his day-to-day and has a fine eye for bid preparation and document review, and he is the one coordinating projects with local, state, and federal agencies — the paperwork-heavy, compliance-heavy work that keeps a job legal, safe, and moving.

He also carries multiple state contractor licenses, which lets him work across state lines and keep projects compliant wherever they are.

On the Gibraltar team, Kevin is the steady hand that makes sure nothing important falls through the cracks.

Bill has more than 30 years in the construction trades, the last five of them at Gibraltar — the kind of experience that means he has built, fixed, or estimated nearly everything at least once.

He leads the preparation of bids for contracts and runs the company’s fleet program, keeping the equipment that gets work done where it needs to be.

Bill brought decades of know-how with him when he joined Gibraltar, and he puts it to work every day, often finding a better way to get the job done.

Nathan joined Gibraltar after graduating from Virginia Tech and has been here for nearly three decades since. In that time he has come to know the company inside and out, and he has become one of the key people the rest of the team relies on.

As an estimator, he builds his numbers on years of seeing what work really costs. He also works closely with the subcontractors and suppliers behind every job, keeping pricing fair and materials on site when they are needed.

Nathan’s nearly thirty years here say a lot about Gibraltar itself: a company built to stand the test of time, with people who stay for the long haul.

Bryan has been a Project Manager with Gibraltar since 2022 and brings more than 20 years of construction experience to his role. With a genuine passion for the industry, he takes pride in delivering quality work and building successful projects from start to finish. His background is primarily focused on multifamily renovations and production-based construction, with additional experience in the commercial, institutional, educational, and historical sectors.

Bryan is detail-oriented and proactive, with an ability to recognize potential issues early and address them before they become larger challenges. His hands-on approach, attention to quality, and focus on maintaining schedules help keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring a high standard of workmanship.

For Bryan, teamwork and communication are essential to a successful project. He believes in building strong relationships with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and everyone involved in the construction process. Approachable and easy to work with, Bryan keeps clients informed, listens to their needs, and works collaboratively to ensure they feel confident and supported throughout every phase of the project.
