A comprehensive RAD modernization of 176 occupied units — interior and exterior — largely self-performed.

Gibraltar delivered a complete interior and exterior renovation of the Ezra Prentice Homes: 176 occupied residential units modernized over two years without moving residents out.

It was a self-performed effort at scale — our own crews did much of the work while we coordinated more than ten subcontractors and logged over 100,000 hours of labor across roughly 180,000 square feet.
